Orders placed on our online store will typically ship between 3-5 business days of placing your order. You will receive an email when your order is shipped as well as tracking information from UPS.

What is your return policy?

The University of Michigan Golf Course offers a 90 day return/exchange policy for any reason.

Items purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the original purchase date. If you think a purchase may be defective, please contact us immediately. All returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please use your preferred delivery service for the return. Be sure to keep the tracking number for the return in case an incident arises.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, follow the steps below or contact [email protected].
1. Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the emailed purchase receipt inside the packaging.
2. Include a contact name, phone number and reason for returning or exchanging the item.

Credit for returns will be refunded to the payment method used for the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement. Credits cannot be made unless a receipt is included.

There is a $12 re-shipping charge for exchanged items. International exchange re-shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis. Checks and Cash are not accepted for the reshipment of purchases. Re-shipping fees must be charged to your credit card. We will contact you via phone to obtain the credit card information once we receive your returned item. The re-shipping charge will be waived only if there was an error on our part or the item was defective.

I have multiple charges on my credit card.

Pending" transactions on your bank account are called "holds". When a debit or credit card number is submitted it is transmitted as an electronic inquiry to determine if funds are available to cover the potential transaction. Your bank automatically places a hold on the amount until the transaction clears, settles or cancels. If your order did not go through due to an error at checkout it will automatically be cancelled. The hold will drop off in 1-5 business days, depending on your issuing bank's policy. Multiple "holds" happen when the "Place Order" button is pressed more than once at checkout.
